The InnerSections—Trusted Leaders, Trusted Spaces programs are transformational learning experiences for decision-makers who want to bring authentic, visionary leadership to their organization. They equip leaders with tools and practices to create cultures that attract and retain colleagues who show up fully, embrace creative risk together, and replicate trust across their institutions.

Trusted Leaders

The Trusted Leaders program focuses on building individual trust through practices that deepen awareness and cultivate mastery in the midst of complexity and opportunity.

Program Outline

The Trusted Leaders program begins with an Opening Reception, followed by three days of sessions, 3 hours per day online and practice each day. The program also includes:

  • Monthly online Core Values sessions, 3 hours each
  • Monthly coaching for 5 months
  • Affinity Group sessions 1.5 hours each month for 4 months
 

The program concludes with a two-day closing  session for integration, three hours per day.

Trusted Spaces

Designed for teams of two or more, the Trusted Spaces program helps leaders develop settings that build trust across organizations, supporting authentic and committed participation and innovation.

Program Outline

The Trusted Spaces program begins with an Opening Reception,  followed by three days of sessions, 3 hours per day online and practice each day. The program  also includes:

  • Monthly online Core Values sessions, 3 hours each
  • Monthly coaching for 5 months
  • Affinity Group sessions 1.5 hours each month for 4 months 
 
The program concludes with a two-day closing session for integration, three hours per day.

Values Intensives

 These new  two-day online intensives are an opportunity to dive deeply into one of InnerSection’s four core values:  Presence, Courage, Love or Capacity. Leaders are able to explore and “try on” a value in a trusting and perceptively facilitated setting. Space will be limited to allow for depth of reflection and experience.

Alumni Gatherings

Designed to bring together leaders who have taken the Trusted Leader or Trusted Spaces programs, our popular Alumni Conferences are a chance to reflect, share lessons learned and deepen our practice. They are joyful and profound, bringing together alumni, colleagues and newfound friends.
